To create a request, go to http://helpdesk.provida.com. From the menu click on New Request. A form will appear where you will need to enter your full name, a valid email address, select a category, choose the severity of the request, and a detailed description. Then click the Submit button. |

To track a request, go to http://helpdesk.provida.com. From the menu click on Track Request. Enter the ticket number that we have sent to you by email and then click the Submit button. |

You will receive a response as soon as possible. For most requests this will be within 24hrs. Some requests submitted on weekends may take longer. |

You cannot respond to the email sent to you by the helpdesk. Please use the Track Request feature to track the progress of your request. |
